Atmig “Trip” is an indie-rock track that has enough in the way of nods to 1990s emo and alt-rock to keep things interesting. There is a sort of timeless sound that will appease fans of the singer-songwriter and country & western genre of the 1960s and 1970s. There is a certain charisma that is weaved through Trip that will have listeners hanging on to every word. With the same high energy drawing the effort to a close as what it initially began, listeners will be wondering where the time went.
