Take Control is an energetic track that will immediately provide listeners with Hannah Dorman’s inimitable style. There are hints of 90s rock, alternative, and an 80s tradition. With equal hints Stevie Nicks and Joan Osbourne, this is an effort that is intense, dense, and fulfilling from beginning to end. 
Of particular note during Take Control has to be the instrumental dynamic that is created between the guitars, drums, and Dorman’s narrative-heavy vocals.
