DOOMTREE’S LAZERBEAK PREMIERES “LIFT EVERY VOICE” VIDEO

Lazerbeak premieres video for “Lift Every Voice” which is off of his most recent instrumental disc LAVA BANGERS. He describes the song by saying, “this track is probably my favorite one on the album. It’s one of the only beats I’ve ever made that no one was ever able to write a song to, it just felt like it could stand on its own without any rapping. For that reason it was a huge catalyst in putting this instrumental album together in the first place.” The video for the track was directed and created by Matt Scharenbroich. Both a childhood friend of Lazerbeak and a former member of his old band The Plastic Constellations, Beak says Scharenbroich has “made a ton of videos and artwork for Doomtree in the past. He is totally out of his mind in the best way possible.” Check out the video here.

LAVA BANGERS, was compiled over the last two years in Beak’s basement studio. A collection of 150 beats were whittled, trimmed, and refined to the 20 tracks featured on the finished product. The resulting instrumental masterpiece (it’s only hyperbole until you hear it) was executively produced and mixed by DJ extraordinaire Plain Ole Bill. Start to finish, LAVA BANGERS is a composition in motion, never affording listeners the opportunity for boredom or fatigue. LAVA BANGERS is out now.

Lazerbeak is performing an opening set every night on the Doomtree No Kings Tour.
