The Video:
This exclusive behind the scenes video for “Party People” includes footage from the shooting of the video in L.A. and interview clips from both Nelly and the video’s director Mark Webb. After many delays, Nelly is finally set to release his latest album Brass Knuckles. “Hip-hop is missing Nelly,” says Nelly. Featuring a duet with Fergie, the song contrasts Nelly’s tough persona with Fergie’s feminine charm. When asked about the song, Nelly put it bluntly: “If you are throwing a party you gotta throw this on.”
