Ruiner has cemented a date for their final show in Baltimore, MD this Fall. Vocalist Rob Sullivan said, “the details for our final shows in October, the 5th and 9th, are still being ironed out but we want to make them very memorable for us and everyone planning to come out. Expect some of our friends from over the years to make some special appearances.” It has been confirmed that long-time friends Killing The Dream will be making an appearance at the final Ruiner show on October 9th with more details to surface shortly.
After six years, 700+ shows, several releases, countless tours of North America, Europe, Australia and Asia, Ruiner announced earlier this month that they will be calling it quits after the completion of their forthcoming European tour with Carpathian in July, highly-coveted appearance at This Is Hardcore in Philadelphia on August 15th and farewell shows in October. Ruiner released their third full-length for Bridge Nine, Hell Is Empty, in September of 2009 and have been on tour non-stop around the globe in support of it. Throughout their career, the band has shared the stage with Sick of It All, Propagandhi, Agnostic Front, Bouncing Souls, Anti-Flag, and hundreds of others. Ruiner will be missed.
