Having good tasting and filling options for one’s pre and post workout regime is important, and should be seen at a level comparable to a good shake or other supplement. While many fitness-minded individuals will undoubtedly know about the different protein bars on the market, I believe that Titan High Protein Cookies have been largely ignored.

With three different flavors – Chocolate Chip, Peanut Butter, and Oatmeal Raisin – there should be something for everyone. Each package of Titan High Protein cookies contains two full-sized cookies, ensuring that any hunger pangs will easily be sated. The calorie content of these cookies is no more than should be burnt during a moderate intensity workout; 150 calories (per cookie) is the equivalent of a can of Coke, while the 10 grams of protein present in each cookie gives individuals about 20% of their recommended value. In regards to taste, the Chocolate Chip cookie represents a solid addition, approximating most closely a childhood type of cookie. The Oatmeal Raisin is a close second, blending together the perfect amount of chewy with fruity, while the chunky nature of the Peanut Butter cookie will be sure to stick to anyone’s sides.

The only suggestion that I would have for Premier Nutrition would be to possibly increase the number of flavors; adding Snickerdoodle or Candy cookies would be a welcome addition. While it would change the flavor profile slightly, I would also like to see some further fortification of these cookies to make them into an absolutely required meal replacement whenever one goes to the store.
