Indie Recordings is proud to announce the signing of NEKROMANTHEON. The label will release the band’s new album, “Rise, Vulcan Spectre,” on January 13th 2012 in Europe and January 17th in North America.
NEKROMANTHEON has one mission: To play fast, evil and dirty thrash metal in the way of the old gods. Influenced by the classics of Slayer, Sadus, Kreator, Dark Angel and Sepultura, they`ve unleashed their attack on modern metal since their inception in 2005. Originally hailing from Kolbotn, the hometown of the mighty Darkthrone, and featuring two members from Obliteration in their ranks, Nekromantheon are no strangers in the metal scene, having played festivals such as Maryland Death Fest and the highly prestigious, yet extremely underground, Live Evil Festival in London.
Having previously released one album and a EP, this powerful trio has regressed far back into the glorious days of real metal, breaking the chains to all that is plastic. Their second and forthcoming full-length is even faster, filthier, and more evil than ever! Nekromantheon have truly summoned the ancient Greek gods of havoc, and will let nothing stand in the way of this unholy blood offering. Worship the beast!
