Cajsa Siik, hauling from Umeå in the northern part of Sweden, is finally releasing her debut single “Was I Supposed To” on September 3! The track, produced by Andreas Dahlbäck, who’s previous work includes Anna Ternheim, finds us immediately thrown into a haunting sad story driven by stomping rhythms. Cajsa found new inspiration for the track on a trip to Andalucia, Spain, where the large part of her upcoming album “The Plastic House” was written.
This fall will find Cajsa on tour in Sweden as well as doing a few selected European dates, amongst them Berlin (DE) on November 30th. Please take three minutes of your precious time to be a part of the success story! We believe that Cajsa will be among the next generation of Swedish indie stars. Please get in touch for more material and exclusive pics!
