The Cincinnati based WHY? is joining Dessa, who URB called “one of the most diverse and talented artists in indie rap,” for a short fall tour of the Midwest and Northeast US. Last year Dessa released the critically acclaimed album Parts of Speech, which Star Tribune calls “profound and moving and Chicago Tribune describes as “enchanting.”
On this tour the refined and intoxicating rap experimentalism of WHY? will be showcased along with the transcendent wit, lyrical mastery, and confident hypnotic flow of the Minneapolis based Dessa, a longtime member of the indie hip hop collective Doomtree. Tickets can be purchased here.
