Meridian Incident’s “Yellow Wings” is a powerful hard rock track that builds off of the work of Papa Roach and Seether. The emotion that is brought by the guitars, bass, and drums on Yellow Wings is substantial. The vocals have just the right amount of grit to give the single the honest sound it needs, while the dynamics between each instrument of Meridian Incident gives this effort greater depth that needs to be plumbed with additional plays. This substantive effort is musically impressive while having a sound that would sound perfect on a rock radio station.
