On Cry Like A Girl, Brooke Moriber is able to forge forward with her own unique take on the singer-songwriter style. With nods to Pink, Sheryl Crow and Stevie Nicks, Moriber is able to add a strong instrumentation and professional production. The range that Brooke touches upon during her latest single hammers home her talent, while playing perfectly with the collected drums, bass, and guitars. Cry Like A Girl showcases the duality of being a female; the desire to be strong and the necessity to just look at things and allow emotions to flow. Never exclusionary, Moriber is inclusive in the lyrical content and addresses the necessity to let oneself’s emotions be bare at points.

We last checked out Moriber all the way back in 2015.
