19-year-old Rap artist JamalTheCreator has been making high strides these past few months amid the global pandemic. From going viral on YouTube to chart on billboards, Jamal has been establishing his presence. The uploads of his recent singles “All On Me”, “Trust Issues”, and “This Is The Life” have been the talk around town lately. Most of those tracks effortlessly reached thousands of streams throughout SoundCloud in a matter of hours. The buzz continued to spread throughout SoundCloud and other streaming platforms, even more when JamalTheCreator started getting featured in industry platforms like ELEVATOR Magazine and The Hype Magazine.

He grew up 5 minutes away from Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport in the Southside neighborhood of College Park. Being bought up in the city of Atlanta has hugely impacted Jamal as a creative content creator and entrepreneur. In recent years, Atlanta has become the “Mecca” of Trap Music and also the “Black Hollywood” of the film industry. This has put high standards on young adults who pursue entertainment passion at a higher-than-normal level. Jamal actually hopped in the industry about 4 years ago while attending New Manchester High School. He and a few other friends started a prank channel called ShlideTV, which first brought him mass attention.

Clearly, he is not a “newbie” when it comes to building a name for himself. Music just happens to be his hidden passion, which he is now fully embracing. It has always been an important part of his life especially being from a family of prominent musicians. We anticipate the release of a new project he will be dropping in January. Sources say he has been working with his label Renascent Artistry under the powerhouse Kobalt Music Group. We are sure it will be an iconic project and something that will mold the culture!
