On Killer, Cardamone is able to showcase tremendous vocal ability. Hitting a number of notes, it’s no surprise that these vocals are placed front and center on this track. The plinking of keys adds a stellar backdrop upon which the aforementioned vox can reside. The bit of classical-infused keys that are bubbling in this background are able to infuse Cardamone’s latest track with a fullness that keeps things interesting from the introduction all the way out until the final notes of the track. Killer feels like a James Bond theme in all of the right ways.
