VINE TALK is a new and unique celebrity talk show full of great stories, discussion and discovery that is coming to national public television in the spring of 2011. Each week, a different wine region from around the world serves as the inspiration for a lively and engaging dialogue. Moderated by Stanley Tucci (Big Night, Julie and Julia) and featuring an ensemble panel of well-known entertainment personalities and celebrity chefs, the show demystifies the world of wine by making it accessible and enjoyable for all. Each episode VINE TALK’s panel of celebrity guests will taste 6 wines from a featured region and varietal (domestic and international), as will the studio audience, ultimately choosing their favorite wine at the end of the show.

To give you a taste of what’s to come in just a few months, we’re excited to present a new video montage taken from VINE TALK’s pilot episode! Filmed at our New York City studios, the clip features Stanley Tucci, VINE TALK’s resident wine experts and a fantastic guest panel including actress Patricia Clarkson, actor Penn Badgley and Chef Daniel Boulud! 1. Who manufacturers//sells those wonderful large glasses that you use for the tastings please?

Nice way to learn about wine without having to sit in a dull classroom setting–wine descriptions from your participants are so vivid that I can taste and literally smell the wines from the comfort of my living room–please continue and thks.
