More about Husky: What people are saying about Husky: “Husky addresses the complex emotions of breakup songs with soaring, buoyant harmonies.” – NPR “Husky’s members openly adore big pop and folk hitmakers of the ’60s, and early on inForever So they establish a knack for creating the same kind of delicate moods that helped cement the careers of everyone from Leonard Cohen to Neil Young…” – AV Club “The result is a remarkable collection of affecting, mostly acoustic folk rock highlighted by Gawenda’s delicate vocals…” – PASTE “Slow-paced gem “The Woods” speaks to Husky’s easy, rich musical style. The song is highly orchestrated, featuring a shimmering melody, lush drums and enchanting vocals. It drips with lyricism and lingers at just the right moments.
