The floral and fruit notes of the initial sip open up into a nicely-balanced blend of sweet and bite. A mild hop taste is all that remains after each sip. Humboldt has made a stellar addition to the double IPA style with this effort. A 22-ounce bottle should provide imbibers with just the amount of merry and heat through the rapidly-cooling winter months.
