From Fat Wreck HQ: We’re really sorry about the new NOFX live LP being delayed so we decided to put it on sale along with the next installment of the Fat Classic colored vinyl series, Propagandhi’s How To Clean Everything, on conflict-free gold vinyl! I don’t even want to hear your sorry excuse for not being signed up for the Fat newsletter to get exclusive comments like this from Prop singer, Chris Hannah, about this classic Fat release:

“The best thing about this record was seeing Wayne Gretzky at the airport. Other than that it is notable only in that sales from this record paid for the security walls we put up around our mansions.”

We also posted the official dates for the US Fat Tour 2008 featuring NOFX, NO USE FOR A NAME, AMERICAN STEEL and THE FLATLINERS and here’s some information about the shows…

After their globetrotting and general misadventures around the world, NOFX are home and they have just confirmed a proper U.S. tour. It kicks off on February 22nd at the House of Blues in Orlando, FL and stops in Louisiana, Oklahoma, Missouri, and—cue the trumpets—Texas! After ten years of Warped Touring the Lone Star state, NOFX are going to play club shows in Houston, El Paso, Austin, and Dallas. The tour will feature No Use For A Name as main support, with Canadian youngsters, The Flatliners, opening the Southern leg of the tour. American Steel will take over for the second Northwestern leg (dates coming real soon). The third leg of the tour will be in the Northeast and at this point it is a total mystery. The fourth and final leg will be closer to home and god knows when this will happen.

Other tidbits: No Use For A Name just got back from Fort Collins, Colorado where they recorded a new record with the legendary Bill Stevenson at the Blasting Room. They will be performing some new songs on tour long before the full length drops. Also, after pissing everyone off by fading out the longest punk song ever on their new live CD, NOFX will be performing “The Decline” in it’s entirety in cities where they haven’t played it before…and if they are sober enough.

All you Southern belles, click here to check out the dates & get your tickets online—we’ve even provided the links, m’ladies! Everybody else, look sharp, more show news coming soon!

PS: We have 50 copies of NOFX’s The Longest Line on white vinyl that we have left over and you can buy those here.
