-Album cover art, as well as a new MP3 from the upcoming Rigor Sardonicous album, “Vallis Ex Umbra De Mortuus” has been posted. Having been defined as delivering the most dense Doom music ever, Rigor Sardonicous have risen after a 5 year silence to maintain and fulfill their prophecies. Raw, cold, apocalyptic, and desolate are their creations, downtuned in extremis.
A far departure from the typical of the anticipated Doom culture, Rigor Sardonicous draws from truly Apocalyptic sources for their inspiration and forward into this void a sonic atmosphere not of frightened and depressive apprehension but rather of frightening, horrific bleakness drawn from the perspective of the absence of hope for all life.
-Kyrgyzstan Black Metallers, Darkestrah will be entering “Kick the Flame” studio (where their previous masterpiece “Epos” was recorded) in the beginning of 2008 to record the follow up album to “Epos”. The album will be called “The Great Silk Road” and it contains 5 tracks with a total of about sixty minutes playing time. We are planning to release this album as a deluxe digi-pack.
-Paragon Records is honored and privileged to announce that we will be releasing Muay Thai Ladybois, the debut album from New York City’s omnisexual deathgrind titans Copremesis.
