Matt Mandziuk – Guitar and Vocals Matt has been making his instrumen pay attention since the good olde days of sophisticated ‘rock n roll ‘. At that time his training included blues, classic rock and classical music. His novice interest in ‘metal’ guitar works stylings, gently ‘tips’ the scales of the Ross Tonkin and the Force sound, bringing forward the raw edge to their magnetic performances.
Ken Balbar – Drums Having played with an eclectic profile of performers and recording artists on gigs ranging from jazz and blues to country and rock. Ken has a wealth of experience and is the ‘driving force’ in the band, inspired by the dynamics of “Big Band” jazz, Ken lays down the groove keeping the Ross Tonkin and the Force show on track ! John Dahl – Bass In addition to Ross Tonkin and the Force, John has been demonstrating his talent on the bass for over 20 yr. Influenced by the diversities of jazz and progressive rock, his skill as a bass player becomes quite evident upon listening to him play. John’s experiences have consisted of projects ranging from Elvis Presley Junior (U.S.A.), Night Beat (Toronto), Live n’ Kickin, (St. Catharines) and most recently, Ross Tonkin and the Force (Canada/U.S.A., Concerthouse Music Recording Artists). Currently, this project continues to forward airplay across the U.S.A and Canada on approximately 80 to 100 radio stations Without a doubt, John’s acute sense of musicality continues to put him in the “pocket” with any caliber of performance that he may behold.
