This magazine is 1/2 size and contains 12 pages of awesomeness .Done by Owen Wilson, this zine has been around for an ass long time. I know that I’ve been reviewed by his other zine, Indy Unleashed, and the format of this is around the same as IU. Most of the zine has reviews of other zines in it, but there are a few interesting pieces to be found in this 12 page effort. A number of advertisements litter the inside covers of this zine, and the first actual piece of writing, the editorial, is truly an interesting read. Unlike my magazine, The Ten Page News gets a number of correspondence from different zinesters and the like, and these are collected one the next few pages, albeit on a smaller scale then the originals. The only other non-review or ad in this issue of The Ten Page News is another very odd piece, this time about his high school and grad work at Indiana University, and all of the misguided love that he had, split up into two periods. The piece itself is written in a confusing style, but the narrative is retrievable from the stylistic nuances of the writer. Please be on the look-out for Issue #31, as the copy I have was slated to be taken off the shelves on Valentines Day, 2002.
