DAN CUMMINS MAKES TOP 10 DEBUT ON COMEDY CHARTS WITH HEAR THIS!

Comedian Dan Cummins landed his highest ever career debut with his latest album, Hear This!, charting in the Top 10 this week on the Soundscan Comedy Charts. The new album follows 2010’s release Crazy With A Capital F, which was named one of iTunes Top Ten Comedy Albums of 2010.

Over the past few years, Dan Cummins’ absurd observations and dark autobiographical stand-up has been featured on The Late, Late Show, The Tonight Show, Last Comic Standing, Comedy Central Presents and in his own one hour Comedy Central special, Crazy With A Capital F. He’s also provided guest commentary for shows like G4’s The International Sexy Lady Show, and World’s Dumbest series on TruTv. His first two CDs, Crazy With A Capital F and Revenge Is Near, have been played on satellite and internet radio, after both made a Top 20 debut on the Billboard Comedy Chart.

Dan has toured North America, headlining shows in all 48 continental states, Alaska, and across Canada. He’s also been a favorite on the college circuit, booking performances at over 250 colleges since 2006. He has appeared at the world’s most prestigious comedy festivals, including the Montreal Comedy Festival, the Aspen Comedy Festival, the 2011 Nando’s Comedy Festival in South Africa, as well as the HBO Las Vegas Comedy Festival. Dan starred in the independent film, Trunk’d, which will be released later this year and he currently does a weekly radio show called Naked and Fearless for Sirius XM on the Blue Collar Radio channel.
