The Pharmacy share a new single off of “Stoned & Alone”

Happy Halloween! Just wanted to send you the newest track from off of The Pharmacy's upcoming album, Stoned & Alone. "Make Me Remember" features a guest appearance from Conor Kiley of Holy Ghost Revival on back up vocals and Spin Magazine called it "an effort that finds them stepping outside of their beery comfort zone." What they're saying is, basically, that this isn't The Pharmacy that you think you know!

Despite the youth of its members, The Pharmacy have become quite the seasoned musical force over the last few years, culminating in one of their most evolved albums to date Stoned & Alone. The band (guitarist Scottie Yoder, drummer Brendhan Bowers, and keyboardist Stefan Rubicz) was definitely provided with the means to do the job this time around, working once again with Brandon Eggleston (The Mountain Goats, tUnE-yArDs). The seasoned producer/engineer provided the firm, yet flexible hand that The Pharmacy needed to add some impressive touches to Stoned - the string section that underpins the rattling rocker "Your Eyes"; backing vocals that provide a vintage soul touch to album opener "At The Top of the Ivory Stairs".

Stoned & Alone is out November 20th, 2012 on Old Flame Records and their full US tour begins on November 17th. For guest list, interviews, promo copies or anything at all, don't hesitate to get in touch! And if you're looking for something Halloween themed, go no further than this gore-tastic video for The Pharmacy's "Dig Your Grave" directed by the band's own drummer, Brendhan Bowers:

What the press is saying about The Pharmacy:

"Their music is frank, party-oriented garage rock, but it’s mostly an excuse to get the trio out on the road; you’d be hard pressed to find another group as firmly committed to rock and roll as a way of life, and they boast a transnational faction of female devotees to prove it." The New Yorker

"...manages to be incredibly catchy while remaining oddly hostile. Imagine what the British Invasion would have sounded like if the aggression been literal." VICE

"The growth in the band’s ambition suits them well as they make sure the focus remains on Scottie Yoder’s infectious vocal whine and the fuzzy interplay between the rhythm section." Self-Titled
