The Camino Side Project have released an effort in Wheels that ties together the sultry rock of INXS with a bit of the seriousness of Depeche Mode. The haunting instrumentation that is laced through this single will keep listeners on the edges of their seat. The breathy, intense vocals that play at the top of Wheels interact nicely with the instrumentation. Adding a ropy bass line into the mix at the 1:15 mark, The Camino Side Project is able to keep things as engrossing as they were at the beginning of the effort. Wheels will stand to multiple plays as listeners try to understand each sound and dynamic placed within.
