After that, apply it on your hair from the roots to the tips. Massage it into your hair for 20 minutes. After that, rinse it out with a shampoo that’s mild. Repeat this process regularly and you will experience rapid hair restoration.

Beetroot juice

Every drop of beetroot juice is rich in vitamins B6 and C. It also contains potassium, folate, betaine and manganese. These minerals are all very important for growing healthy hair. Use some green tea

Few beverages are as rich in antioxidants as green tea. These compounds help you to grow healthy hair. They also prevent the loss of hair. How can you benefit from green tea? Simply soak 2 or 3 tea bags of green tea in some hot water. The amount of water that you use depends on the length of your hair. After the solution has cooled down, pour it over your hair and scalp. As you do so, massage the fluid into your scalp. Repeat this process for an hour. Proceed to rinse the green tea out with cool water.

Coconut milk

This is a natural fluid which promotes hair growth. Coconut milk can also be used to stop hair loss. It is quite easy to prepare coconut milk. Simply pick up a medium-sized coconut and grate it into a pan. After that, simmer it for 5 minutes. Once you’ve completed that step, strain the coconut and cool it down. Add fenugreek seeds and black pepper to the milk. This should be a tablespoon each. Stir them in evenly. Proceed to apply the coconut milk into your scalp. Massage it into your hair as well for 20 minutes. After you are done, rinse the coconut milk out with some shampoo. This will boost the health of your hair follicles and result in hair restoration.
