Asthma refers to a medical condition which includes narrowing and swelling of the airways along with more mucus production. It makes it difficult to breathe and can lead to triggering of cough and wheezing.

• Adults and children above 15 years: 10mg once in the evening
• Children between 1-5 years: 4mg once in the evening (chewable tablet or granules)

6. Dulera: Its generic name is Mometasone and formoterol. It is an inhaler which is used for the long term. It helps in preventing inflammation and irritation in the airways. The Montek LC side effects should be given due consideration while used to cure asthma.
